Default Mabuhay Group!

I'm a new banana grower (Lakatan) on the Philippines island of Mindanao in the Province of Bukidnon, considered the breadbasket of the country. I'm happy to have found this group to enhance my education and experience with bananas, and I'm looking forward to learning more from many of you. Charles

Yes I am familiar with the senorita you speak of, although it's not a variety we have on our farm. I see it at times in the markets here.

Everyone wants one in their yard for its short duration to grow to harvest time. Here, we have Winter season that's why most of the bananas we own must be protected from the cold. So if you have a senorita you don't worry about the winter to harvest your fruit. so everyone wants a senorita but nobody has got it. You can command a big bucks if you can produce one.
