Just landed here from France , Normandy
A friend in my Facebook veggie group told me to have a look here if I wanted to learn something about banana's
Well I am after some dwarf , cold resistant (zone 8a/8b) varieties with a good taste to grow in a 2,5 meter high unheated poly-tunnel
Size and quantity of the banana's are less important as the taste is
He gave me a few names and I was surprised that it exist
Hope to find some more names and to learn a lot how to cultivate them
Have to read a lot here already and will do the coming weeks
For coming season I will grow in my poly-tunnels 57 different eggplants
80+ different tomatoes and 120+different Sweet- and Mild Peppers

Here is a link to another forum member who grows awesome plants near you.
There is a good chance you can trade some good local information.
Bonjour de France
