Default Java Blue to Mexico?

I live in Southern Mexico and my choices of bananas and banana plants is very limited. Is it possible to have either live plants or viable seeds of the ICE CREAM Blue Java variety? Shipping to Mexico is difficult to impossible. Thank you.
