Introduction

Well, I was asked to introduce myself a bit and here we go: I live in Harlingen, a coastal town in the very north of The Netherlands. I am an avid grower of chili peppers (and even wrote a little book about it) and now have decided to try to grow (and write about) bananas.

My first seeds (Musa velutina and Musa ornata) are now soaking and I'm hoping to coax them into life.

I hope to learn a lot from the knowledgeable people who reside here.
