I say to hello to all of you. Someone pointed me to this forum a few years ago. I lost my home a few years after retiring. Now have a new one in a gated community.
It has been a few years trying to change the landscape to accommodate all the plants I want to grow and to obtain seed. Horticulture is my second interest as a master gardener. Stamp collecting (only the classics, pre 1940) world wide is my first interest. Searching for Musa Basjoo seeds to start a few in my yard. I have three Blue Java Ice Creams wintering in a cool basement window and will be planted in May, I became interested after talking with a fellow banana grower in Mid Michigan area of Gladwin. His photos were fantastic. I hope to be as good at growing them. Love to chat. Drop me a line sometime. email address is: lundenburgj@aol.com |
