I don't know how far south you live but there is a nursery in Homestead back in the Redlands that is called going bananas. He sells not only field grown suckers but also has many shade houses with thousands and thousands of TC banana plants. Your best bet from experience is to get a field grown sucker. That is the ONLY way to insure you get the right species you want. I have made toooooooo many TC purchases that were so wrong. I finally got a giant plantain to grow and bear fruit and there is NO way those short little bananas and ALL of those hands can be a plantain. . So buyer beware. ITs not always the fault of the seller either.

HAHA HAHA, I posted the reply about Going Bananas and I had to laugh because I was there and [picked up a rotten lychee fruit and was playing with it in my hands and he turned around and told me OFF. I cant agree more, as far as personality goes....
Im going to look for Nicholas because I am also interested in a Hua Moa

If you ever get up to Orlando I would be glad to share some large pups I need to get rid of.
