to sterilize the medium I use a pressure cooker for my orchid media when I flask them..i have had success in oven,but easer to use pressure cooker...tissue itself..have here 10% bleach 3% hydrogen peroxide mix will surface sterilize..i use a diy glovebox I made from plywood and plastic sheet..i do also use a homebrew agar media of my own recipe...potato,suger,young coconut water,pineapple juice,charcoal,dash of fertilizer,agar powder..
