Hello all. I just planted my first banana plant last March. So far so good. We had 1 freeze back in December but its still alive (with some dead leaves up top). Maybe ill get bananas in 09!

Hope to see your photos too. Welcome. I will be going down to the Phoenix area in a week or two to meet with another one of our members. Perhaps we can all get together as i know there are a few of you from AZ on the board. (See the membership map)

welcome. growing bananas is like an addiction and lays potato chips....you cant have just one and you got to have more and more and more.:lurk:
