Hello from Melbourne, FL
Hi everybody,
I've been watching the forum for a while and finally broke down and joined. I'm in 9B, Melbourne, FL and I'm growing the following: D. Cavendish Mysore Ice Cream Goldfinger Praying Hands D. Brazilian African Rhinohorn Raja Puri I picked up a free D. Red Jamaican, but I don't even think I'm going to put it in the ground as it seems to die down to the ground most winters around here from what I've heard. Anyway, I grow a good deal of other fruiting plants, but I think bananas are my favorite. I'm sure this forum will be very valuable and I look forward to getting involved more. If any of you are in the area and would like to exchange plants, let me know. Thanks, Nate

Brown Turkey & LSU Purple. I'll either plant them out in the spring or pot them up. I've seen some folks grow good looking figs in large pots.
