Hello everyone!
I just wanted to formally introduce myself. I'm JCDerrick's wife and vice president of our banana support group

My wife just joined yesterday, Without her unbridled support I could never even imagine try'n to grow Bananas here in Northern Illinois, It's great to see others that make this a family affair I'm the paranoid one and she is the common sense distibutor, Ya gotta love it, Welcome again.

I agree, growing Bananas should be a family event
 And we're certainly going bananas here in Lexington. I've learned more in the last month than anytime before. And thanks to folks like Pete, we've doubled the number of banana varieties we're growing. It's not even winter yet and I'm planning for planting in the spring.
