Thanks! saying hello community was the only thing to say at the time. I've been growing musa basjoos since last summer. I have 10 plants with anywhere from 0 to 9 pups on each. I've been coming here for knowledge from time to time and registering just seemed to make sense. -Bill (also)

Thats cool. I started last summer with Dwarf Cavendish from Home Depot and hung around for a month or so before becoming a member. Allot of people here have done that. This forum has a wealth of info and very friendly people that are more than helpful and extremely knowledgable about bananas and other tropicals. Enjoy and don't be shy jump in :bananas_b

THANKS! I checked out your photos. Aquaponics seems a little high tech for me. Impressive. I was confused about the bluegill / bass comment not knowing how fish fit into the picture. HAPPY GROWING!

Hey Bill!!! I Big Welcome from Texas...Glad you finally decide to join in.. Oddly enough Basjoo is one I don't have..LOl I'll have to work on that... I would love to see some pic's! hope you will set up an album in the Gallery... I look forward to seeing you around!

Hey Bill, you have come to the right place! My first few hours I just spent cruising around the site learning and looking at all of the pics. Then something happened - I got the afflication and now have around 20+ bananas. (Gimme a break, I'm just getting started) Hope to have 50 or so by this time next year.
Have fun, learn and enjoy showing off to the neighbors.

Thanks for ALL the warm welcomes! Kylie, I will be sending photos to the gallery. Actually there is ONE there now but it's all I have from this season. WITHIN a few days there will be more.

Thanks for giving in and joining! The plunge wasn't so bad, was it :) Thats what I love about the community, we all took the plunge. :)
