Hello bananasters
I stumbled across your forum several times while trying to learn about bananas. Lots of informative and interesting conversations. I figured I would sign up and learn a bit more from the hands on doers.
I am avid backyard eater/grower. I am blessed with a long growing season and plenty of photosynthetic power. Organics, mostly no till, living mulches and edible horticulture are my core growing scheme. Had my first and only manzana banana at a swap meet last summer. Nothing but "delicious!" could be used to describe the experience. Hoping to learn and grow that variety and others I have heard many good things about. I am looking forward to what comes. |

Re: Hello bananasters
Yes I did. They stage names threw me for a loop.
On the plus side, the Namwah is chugging along. I think the watermelon and honeydew growing nearby are drinking too much. Haha! |
