Hello! My name is Gard, and I'm 13 years old. I grow herbs usually, so I'm pretty new to the whole thing with bananas. I live in Norway, so not the best place for bananas... I've got some seeds, and trying to germinate them at the moment, hoping to one day get somthing like pictures others here at the forum have posted.

Musa acuminata, Musa velutina and Musa ornata. I'm going to order some other species too, but these three are a nice start. They were sowed august 28. That is, one day from three weeks. I've sowed five seeds of each. Any idea how long time it'll take before they'll germinate? I've got more seeds of M. velutina and M. ornata, so I think I'll sow them too.
Gard

I have a picture of velutina seedlings in my gallery that are sprouted at less than a month.
