Hi! I'm a new banana grower in NJ. (As in, I have ONE in a pot, lol. Now it has two pups... and as it grows I realize I'd better learn more about it!) Got it as a pup from my sister, no idea what type it is, I think it's a dwarf, will post a pic when I can. I'd love to know what it is. I just started doing online research, and now I'm realizing how wide the world of bananas really is!! I'm excited to find this forum, but I'll be doing much more asking of questions and not too much answering at this point. Even so, I'm excited to be here!

welcome to the org! we have the bananas wiki that has a lot of info if your trying to i.d. your nana. there are also pictures in the wiki that may help you. you can also look through the photo galleries and look or drool as i do at other members nana trees. lol.
