Default Harvesting what we call Chinesse Platains-Bananas

Hello Folks,
I'm Fantoine from Panama. Were the Panama Canal is, not Florida.
I can't imagine why, but I'm allergic to commercial bananas. Like Chiquita.
In the other side, I'm not allergic to Platains, those we use to make patacón.
I have harvest some our name is Chinesse Platains, last week.
I'm trying to find all kinds of Edible Bananas to understand why I'm allergic to Chiquita ones. Something similiar happened with transgenic foods.
Do you think all Chiquita are transgenic?
Best Regards,
