Bananas Brindando Greetings from Utah

Hi everybody! My name is Ryan & I live in Utah. I have yet to grow a banana, but plan to acquire some blue java. My research has led me here! I live in a “cold” USDA 8b (sunset zone: “warm” 10). I am interested in edible bananas. They will look great amongst my palm trees.
