Gone Bananas.
Hello all. Guess I'll give you guys a bit of info on me.. I'm 20 years old, and live in the Willamette Valley in Oregon, USA. I decided to try to grow a vegetable garden this year, so while looking into what I can grow my interest got sparked when I saw some of the cold hardy banana.
I have planted some seed of Musa Sikkimensis, Musa X Sikkimensis Daj Giant, Musa Velutina, and Musa Zebrina. The latter of the two I may have to move to a family's land in California for better climate if they do not stand as a good house plant here. I also purchased a corm of Brown's Red, I am making another thread on that so be sure to read. |
