ensete perrieri madagascan musa banana

hello can anybody tell me whats wrong with my ensete perrieri madagascan musa plant? :goteam:the plant is green in colour and the edges of the leaves are going brown,also ive notice it is tall and leggy,it is a seedling plant,and it lives in my greenhouse,where am i going wrong,:waving:
