I don't take mine out of the pots that would be too much work, but store them in their pots in our garage where they have some fluorescent lighting overhead. They usually stop growing and stay dormant until about March or so and then start growing new leaves at a slow pace. I only water them about once a month and very little water at that.

Keep them in the pots in possible or transfer them in pots of similar size.
You can leave the pups on for next years divisions....or you may cull them.
Dormancy will begin after you withdraw water and bright light .....then the no growth and look like heck period begins.
Keep between 55\70 degrees if possible......minimal water.

Welcome to the Jungle!!!!
Have fun here.
