If you post something useful on the forums here, it's extremely likely that some other members will show their gratitude by clicking the "Thanks" button on your post.
The "Thanks" button is a subtle way to nod to your fellow members of the community, without the need to type a full reply.

Often, you may not have reason to come back to your post, and so you may never get to see who clicked "Thanks".

So, we just implemented a system that will send you a notice when someone clicks "Thanks" on any of your posts.

If you're such a popular person, and receive so many "Thanks" that it's overwhelming :ha:, or you otherwise don't care to know when you receive "Thanks", you may turn the notifications off from within your User CP under your Edit Options settings.

Yes, I rearranged those smileys. I put some others in there and removed some that weren't used much.
So don't click them with your eyes closed or you may give some the wrong impression. :ha:
