I have to apologize to frank that i missed his passing of the 1000 post mark,
he already has 1037 posts now.
Thanks Frank for all the posts, you learned us a lot about overwintering
bananas and thanks also for all the knowledge you shared with us.

Dang, didn't realize I had posted that many times. Thanks! Does this make me the first two-time Hall-of-Famer? If it comes out later that I used steroids or HGH, will I be expelled? The pressure is too much. :2190:

Congrats, Frank! We'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you earned the "Big" in Bigdog not with HGH, but with good, old-fashioned hard work! Thanks for all the great posts. I always enjoy reading yours and Randy4UT's because I grew up in KY and I like hearing about your success and failures. Though it doesn't seem like you two have too many failures!

About my moniker of "Bigdog": A long time ago, I used to work for Captain D's, a fast-food seafood chain here in the SE. Longjohn Silvers had a series of commercials out about that time with a mascot by the name of "Bigfish." So, some of my friends started calling me Bigfish because I am 6'7". Years later, I discovered the line of clothing known as Bigdog. Their shirts are awesome for tall guys like me. I adopted the name because I thought it was pretty cool, lol. Pure silliness. I guess the "Big" in "Bigdog" is because I'm 6'7", 265 lbs. Hey, I should go out for the football team at UT! Still got 4 years of eligibility left, lol. Oh yeah...they want you to be in shape for that. Oh well, it was a nice thought for a couple of seconds, lol.

what do you mean your not in shape???from what i understand you tote bananas in and out of your crawl space all year round.. maybe you should try out for U.of F. football. ha ha ha:ha: :o
