I have 2 dwarf orinocos growing in what i believe are 5 gallon pots. They have been there for a little over a year and seem to be just fine. What size of pot am i likely to need to move up to for the plant to give me fruit? I move the pots outside during the summer and they sit in the sunniest part of my house under skylights during the rest of the year. I'm hoping that i'll be able to keep them in pots big enough to man handle in and out of the house.

just move it up to whatever pot size bigger you have available. Like a 10 or 15 gallon should be fine...
Keeping them in the smaller pot will just keep them from growing as fast. I have 4 of the same varieties and 2 I kept in a smaller pot and then 2 I moved up to a larger pot. They started out the same size but now the ones in the larger pot are almost twice the size of the others...
