Could someone tell me if the last hand is normal and if not, what my problem could be. Everything was going along fine, and then, this

Hi RonT!
The image isn't showing, but I looked at the 2 pics in your gallery.
Aer those what you're asking about?
Thanks! :) ~Cheryl

If you're talking about the pics in your gallery then yes that's normal.

What you are seeing is the transition from female flowers to male flowers--the male flowers may actually set a small stubby fruit, but it will not grow into anything edible. Sometimes there are actually some "transitional" bananas that will be in between the male and female forms, but they usually do not amount to much.

Normal. Last hand is often has some smaller bananas and/or fewer as it transitions to male flowers.

Cvalentine, yes. I tried to put the pic on the post, but, as is apparent, I failed.

It looks like the fruiting wsa good but then - what looks like dried hands.

I agree with sbl and pitangadiego....just working toward male flowers. Looks normal to me! Congrats on the bloom/fruit!

When you upload (or pull up a picture), you will see a set of 3 codes at the bottom of the picture. Copy (highlight and then control C) the first one (for bulletin boards) and then paste it (control V) in the thread.
