Next Step like subculture 1 or subculture 2

Novi hasn't posted in quite a while so probably wont answer your post, but phytotech do culture jars I'm sure or you can use baby food jars with lids called magenta B caps available from sigma-aldrich.

I've been using baby food jars but not digging the cap that come with them.

FYI: no need to buy expensive culture vessels or even baby jars for that matter. If you can find ziplock "microwave safe" square containers, it's a fraction of the cost. Square contains are ideal since they use up less space comapred to the circular ones. These can be pressure cooked, and re-used 2-3 times. You'll need a thick layer of parafilm to seal the tops but other than that, it's really easy to use.

l want to thank Novi for her piece , until l saw her photos of banana TC l was struggling to take off but they eventually did. My biggest challenge was bacteria and browning , working with Williams so kept trying until lady luck smiled on me.
