Hi! I'm Eldon Turner and I live in north central Missouri. I'm retired and enjoy gardening and raising tropical plants. I have been raising bananas for twenty + years and have actually gotten bananas from some of my plants. Wish I had more time and facilities to devote to raising tropical plants.

Glad to hear from you! I am a graduate of the Missouri School of Science & Technology, formerly the University of Missouri - Rolla. I have wanted to live in south Florida but my wife won't move away from our grandchildren. Love growing tropical plants!

Welcome from :coldbanana:Minnesota Eldon!!!
Welcome aboard, Eldon :) ! Always super to have a successful nanner grower piped aboard! Sounds like we stand to learn as much from you as you from us. And I know what ya mean about climates; couldn't grow much of anything tropical in Kentucky. Hope you'll be posting pics, too. Would Luv to see your plants!
If ya have any questions about using the forum, just ask. Enjoy!
