This might be in place already, but do we have a mobile version of the .org? I am thinking about getting Data turned on and think it would be really cool if I can post from my phone.

I think That if you can access the Net then should be able to come here and post from your phone.

Mobile versions of web sites take into account the limited screen area and have navigation features specific to cell phones. An "enabled" web site will automatically detect the client type (cell phone browser vs standard browser) and display accordingly.

LOL. I thought this thread would be about growing bananas in Mobile...Mobile, Alabama that is. :)

What phone are you using Mike? The site works on mobile devices but your device might limit you as to what can be done. We don't have a native app for any phone at this time. We can explore mobile uploads to your gallery and things like that someday in the near future, we can add that to our wishlist, but the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few and it might be a while before we get to it.

I have LG enV Touch, I am happy to report that everything seems to work fine on my phone. I have not tired to upload a pic from my phone yet, but that is easy to do with a USB cord on any PC. Only thing is I seem to get logged out ever few clicks. I just posted this from my phone!

Check out skyfire. It's a mobile browser that's pretty slick and free. Great for browsing full web page with no limitations.

I had tried the mobile version on my Touch Pro but didn't like it and went to the regular view. I loads and looks fine. I've posted from my phone many times. It was especially handy while waiting during so many doctor appointments for Michael this year.
