Last year, I bought 2 muses, with a label that said musa "ornamental." They were cornered in a garden center and very ugly, I unade and save them, I was rewarded with a flower.
I think they are ornata You might do I confirm the variety? thanks |

The banana is Musa laterita, sometimes incorrectly called Musa ornata 'Bronze'. The other large leafed plant appears to be Strelitzia reginae, commonly called Bird of Paradise, which is related to bananas.

Thanks, Gabe15.
I thought ornata "bronze" is synonymous of laterita. |

They are synonymous on the hobby level, but Musa laterita is the correct name.
