When I was really getting into landscape large format photography 25 years ago I had a cat named "Zone V" (five), see Zone system - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zone_system).

After going to the Holy Land on pilgrimage for Christmas 2005, we got our son a Yellow Lab and I helped him chose the name "Yella" as it was an Arabic term we herd by tour bus drivers, etc. which meant "let's go". It obviously also serves as a play on the word "yellow". Naturally, Yella wants to go all the time.

Mya - We kept the name she had as a puppy in the shelter. Don't tell her she is a pet though.
