Thought I would join y'all and try and learn about growing banana's. I adopted one about 2 yrs ago, and have no idea what kind it is. Don't know if it will bloom and have fruit or not. It has two pups though.
Already on metal detecting and golf cart forums, and that keeps me pretty busy.
So far your forum looks to be filled with lot's of good info.

Just wanted to say hi. :nanadrink:

Howdy Earl. I think you'll find this is a great place for information and we're also a pretty friendly group of nana nuts. Post a pic of your banana plants and let us know if you have any questions.

LOL...welcome to the site and the addiction! You have one banana now, but my guess is 5 years from now you'll have 10-20 and wonder what happened! I've seen it a million times! LOL. Enjoy the site, it's great here! If you have questions, feel free to ask...everyone is very helpful.

Welcome aboard, Earl :) ! Very friendly and helpful site; I've never regretted joining! If your unknown banana plant has 3 leaves or more, you should post a photo in the Banana Identification section - very likely they'll figure out what species it is for you.
