Down here in FL none of the nurseries that I know of sellscherimoya's. They say they won't fruit down here, but I know of a few people with very productive trees. Right now I have a small Fino de jete and a bunch of seedlings that are doing great, but I would like to try to find a Honeyheart and either a White or a Pierce. I am open to any suggestions of other great types as well. These will all be container grown and in a greenhouse for the winter since I live just a bit north of where I think they could survive. We had a horrible winter this year and it hit 20 degrees on three different nights. This would wipe out all types of cherimoya right? Thanks for any help.
