Thanx Carlos. That's what I get for staying up too late; thought you were referring to the U.S. only. Got it bookmarked now :) !
Morning Ante :),
Got it all worked out, now. 67 F at 4:40 pm! A few more weeks in this heat, I'll be wishing I was in Croatia :(. Nah, I got the link for the Koppen map but I figure the more different perspectives I have, the better & the Brit zones are real hard to figure. How's your bamboo project coming along?

That's okay, then, if it gets too hot  , I'll just head for Alaska, then, and build snowbananas :). And Don't give up; bamboo's a lot of fun to grow :) !
And believe me, I wouldn't think of going to another country Without a friend that already lives there. Thanx :).
BTW, you can trust my temp sticker. It'll be like that - or hotter - till mid September or October. Very likely, we won't see rain again till August.

If you want to get really confused I can find the heat zones map for Ecuador. Technically, the entire country with the exception of the glaciers is USDA Extended Zone 13, so we had to come up with something else. For the habitable areas, it's classed by whether you can grow bananas there!

THC = tetrahydrocannibinol, one of the "cannaboids" responsible for the effects of cannabis.
In English: The active ingredient in "Mary Jane." What Clinton did not inhale. ahem.

Do not forget to click the links =]
USDA Zone Map Links (http://tct.netfirms.com/tropics/usdazone.html)
:waving:
upon further looking that map is off from everything else I have seen it list me as 5b instead on 6-7
I found a thread talking about ti on another forum so....
I guess the maps change with the years and natural weather cycles.

Nice! Thanx again, Carlos :). Global worming, eh  ? Maps, like these, could reach obsolescence faster than last year's computer! -- BTW, Welcome aboard :).
Thanx everybody :). Luv learning new things!
