I feel like a new parent... I check my nanas almost daily and take pride in new leafs.

But I have a problem, I took these shots a week ago, and resolved to wait and watch, see if it was just a passing phase.

Well at dusk today they look worse, I will take more pics tomorrow AM and post them. It seems to be spreading too.

Any idea if it is a fungus, an insect, a normal thing?

The only thing that has been sprayed on the plants is water from the hose, and some badly needed rain. The water is a little hard.

The nanas are planted in raised beds (5-9 inches) well mixed compost and sandy clay. They have had a slow release 10-10-10 when planted, and will get another feeding this weekend.

What ever it is it seems to be spreading...

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Guess no need for followup images until the mites are under control.

Treated with 1ml dish soap and 10 ml of neem oil in 1 gallon US water.

1 gallon treated all my plants, and the soil in the raised beds.

Now to wait a week and re apply and see...
