Hey yall,

I was wondering what should i do with this pup? the plant is in a 20 gallon container right now. It is right next to the parent and it is large enough that its newest leaf is be deformed from running into the parents leaves, or should i leave it to grow and have two trunks. How would i go about dividing it in the pot?

also is there a link or thread of how to upload pics into threads,

Thanks,

You probably should remove the pup from SDC after it's 6th leaf or so, it's quite safe. A way is the same as here, but in much smaller case. Good luck:

No, parent will do just fine, won't even notice. After removing the small one, put it into a separate small pot. You should also take a very small portion of mother's corm with it. It will not grow for the first say week or two, but than eventually, with all wounds healed, you will have 2 bananas.
