I googled manicata , there are some growing wild in Santa Barbara Ca. That will be the next one I get. I already have to many banana plants ,might as well have to many Passion vines.

Beautiful flower. Have you ever gotten fruit. I got a fruit off of one down the street from me. It was easy to germinate and i have twenty seedlings going.

The fruit never matures on this vine, not sure why. It is fragrant though!

I think you need a pollinator like caerula to get fruit.

Back in the UK I used to struggle to grow about 12 varieties, now they grow easily I only have a monster vitifolia spreading about 60ft, and some edulis and edulis flaviocarpa - go figure!!
