Music is my life. I like a lot of types of music, but what I'm really into is Electronic Dance Music (EDM). I'd have to say my favorite genre is Drum and Bass, which is basically a mix of electronica and hard rock. I've also recently been getting into dubstep. I also like modern rock, house, trance, hip-hop (although I've shyed away from that one in the past year or two), and electronica. Some of my favorite bands/artists are Linkin Park, deadmau5, Pendulum, Armin van Buuren, Saliva, Breaking Benjamin, and The Qemists.

Oh yeah, and here's this insane drum and bass song that I found recently. The buildup is awesome, the drop is epic, and the ending sends chills down my spine. Great lyrics too.

The 10 freeway on this hot October night with all the windows open. Sometimes it sounds like the ocean, tonight it sounds like a racetrack. We can also hear traffic on Robertson Blvd, La Cienaga Blvd, and Venice Blvd when the winds blow just right. Seems to be a lot of rice burner motorcycles out tonight.

I would say no, by my in-laws think its pretty good. We had a karaoke machine one Christmas, and when I thought no one was listening, I did a few pieces. My brother-in-law heard it and was pleasantly surprised. He asked where I'd kept that hidden all this time. With a little encouragement, I did a few more, but I'm shy about such displays. It's great in the shower, though. My voice here in the tropics is muted because I have sensitivity to some of the pollen around here. My lungs are constantly bringing it up, and it coats the underside of my vocal cords until I cough it out. My voice is usually louder and deeper than it sounds here, but that occurs usually only about 2 times a year, and only lasts for about a week.

I can do a few voices, Elvis is probably the closest, (if you didn't see that it was me, you'd swear it was him) but what I meant was to re-do the written lyrics, not to perform them. My voice needs a different key than the one used for that piece. It sounds better when others do it.

If I could have the voice I wanted, I'd be Randy Travis, but with the range of Josh Turner.
