To all my friend's here at the Org,I found this recipe at my local market.Please make it and enjoy I did.

GRILLED BANANA S'MORES:

4 Medium Bananas
16 Low-fat honey cinnamon graham crackers.
1 cup jarred marshmellow creme, divided
16 squares milk chocolate

#1. Coat grill rack nonstick cooking spray.Preheat grill to medium
(300*F to 350*F).Leaving peel on,slice bananas in lengthwise.Place banana on grill,cut side down;grill unconvered,2 to 4 minutes.Turn and grill,peel side down,3 minutes more.

#2. Meanwhile spread 8 crackers with 2 tablespoons of marshmellow creme,and top with chocolate squares.

#3.Remove bananas from grill:cool slightly.Remove from peels and cut banana in large chunks.Place banana chunks on top of chocolate.Top with remaining crackers and serve immediately.

Serves 8

Per serving:200 calories,5g fat,2 saturated fat,5mg cholesterol,60mg sodium,38 carbohydrates,2g fiber,2g protein.

Dang! That sounds both easy and TASTY! Thanks for sharing! I'll have to try this some time....don't have most of the ingredients right now, though (just the bananas....obviously...LOL).

:-) !!! x2^10 :2239:I am not using the marshmellow creme either as the recipe requested,but instead I am using those big marshmellows roasting them over a flame and then adding it to the graham cracker with the banana & chocolate.It taste so good!
