Potted bananas overwintered under the eaves completely without watering
since the begining of December began to sprout new leaves.
So I am wondering if it is possible to water at this stage, or to wait till the
leaves start to grow vigorously.
Your advices will be anticipated.

You must be in a warm climate. If they're starting to grow I'd give them a shot of water to jolt them in to action. Then only as needed.

If you are out of the cold weather for the season, and forecast lows are over 57 degrees F, then some water is good. The leaves should be opened to be able to handle the amount of water given. So initially, as Bob suggests, perhaps a small amount would be beneficial.
However, if your forecast lows could drop into the 40's or lower, then I would not water just yet unless they are completely dried out. I am presuming that these are in containers and not in ground, correct?
