A couple of days ago I sprouted a seed from passiflora Alta. Looking at it today I noticed it is all white. Has anybody had this happen. I don't have any idea what it was pollinated with. Thanks

Maybe, just maybe, it's an albino. If you are lucky, the green turns up on the leaves and you get a sexy Variegated plant. I have a matured Variegated Citrus madurensis and when I germinate the sds, all I get is pure white albinos which dies later. I had a couple of Dracaena draco come up albinos too....died. Sheesh...
All the best!

Looks like the seedling will only live as long as it is getting food from the seed.To bad, I planted around fifty Alata seed this is the only one to germinate so far.
