Not to shabby for Ohio! Congrats, and can't wait to see next year.

Not bad, but I would cover it all now with a tarp to keep leaves dry.
It would help prevent rotting from to much moisture.

Great job Michael. This gives me hope.

I covered my Musa Bassjoos for the winter. Hopefully they will survive our harsh weather in N.W. Indiana.

D_&_T, do you have any Musa Bassjoos that survied your Indiana winter?

We got ours late in summer so they were small, they are inside for the winter growing in pots.

Sandy (Sandy0225) on here has some outside at her nursery in Muncie. She has photos in her gallery.

I have about 5 more smaller ones caged and filled with leaves. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I do have poly over the tops and when I've checked they seem dry inside.
