Aloha fellow banana lovers
Just found this site ,, :woohoonaner:
I have about 50 types of bananas growing in my gardens here on the north side Big Island,, growing most all of my food too
starting to sell plants to others around here
I have a large waiting list for plantains
looking forward to learning from everyone here

Glad to have you on board! We are always happy to have new members growing or wanting to grow bananas.
Gabe15 lives in Hawaii. One of the sharpest banana people I have ever known. He goes to school there.
It would be great to see your list of bananas in cultivation. You can add it to your profile. Also, putting your location and name or nickname in your profile helps everyone understand different methods of growing bananas in different climates/zones.

Welcome. Where exactly do you live on the Big Island? My absolutely favorite town is Hawi. We try to make it up there a couple of times a year. My father-in-law desperately wants to move to Hawi when he retires and grow all kinds of fruits.

ha i just joined bananas.org i live in hilo!! aloha. i need to grow in pots because im a renter. any suggestions would be cool
