Hi everyone! :hiiiiyanana: Thanks for letting me join your bunch.
I live and grow on a small coastal island :islandsharkbanana: in southeastern N. Carolina (zone 8),
but I'm a native Floridian with deep zone 10 roots,
and after more than 20 years up here, I still gravitate to subtropicals and tropicals,
adaptation is a slow process, as it turns out ... :o*sigh* ... I keep trying to turn my tiny plot into the jungle of my dreams.
I don't have many banana plants at this time,
my efforts at keeping them alive through winter are not always successful,
but no jungle is complete without them,
so I do keep trying. http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b77/ozonetraveler/runintobrickwall.gif (<- need one of those with a 'nanner :ha:)
Again, thanks for lettin' me in, I look forward to getting to know y'all. :bunchonanas:
