In my area, it doesn't get below freezing often, and if it does it's in the low 30s (maybe high 20s if we get an arctic blast)
With that said, I am also protecting them by using C7 lights and wrapping them. Will the pups survive? Or should I take them out now?

depends on which specie.
e.g a Cavendish can get some difficulties with those temps.

I'm not far from you (down in the Delta) and I wouldn't bother at this point unless you have something valuable or very sensitive. Last winter was any easy year to over-winter bananas but January 2007 wiped things out down to the corms. Indoors can have its own trouble with low light, insects, etc. I built a greenhouse last winter and have some smaller things in there as well as a couple of Ae Ae. I would just suggest watching the forecast and if we end up with something below 26F or so, you can just bring them into the garage temporarily.
Best wishes,
Harvey

k thanks. You mean take the pup in and not the entire corm right? As far as my species, i've got goldfinger, dc, blue java, basjoo. Tonight might be the first night down to 32F. We'll see :) Although right now the temp is rebounding at midnight. (currently 36F) All got pups except the gf

You didn't explain what you had growing, but it now sounds like you have larger plants with pups. I probably wouldn't separate any pups at this time unless it looks like we'll have a repeat of the January 2007 freeze. Last winter I had mats with some larger plants and little pups and they all started growing again in the spring. Goldfinger is probably the most susceptible which you have so you might dig that up. If it's not too big and you have a large enough pot, you could dig up the entire plant or you could remove just a pup so that it would be a back-up in case the mother died this winter. I wouldn't worry about basjoo at all and would not worry about Blue Java unless it got into the low 20s. I got down to 36F this morning and things are still fine.
