I would like to say thank you to you all for keeping me interested in reading all your threads when I get a chance.

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving,and enjoy the holiday.If you have a cool banana stuffing recipes shout them out here at the org. lol
If there are any crazy members willing to try to make this.

I think I'll make my turkey like this:

and maybe bake it with a plantain in the neck cavity.
(You just cover 'those' parts with foil so they don't brown LOL.)

Thanks Howard, mine was happy & thankful --- in that, no matter what you face, it could always be worse so be gratefull for what you have, so I am.
The healthy part? Well, I ate too much & feel like Ms Piggy!
I did not make turkey today...first time ever, but I made a great prime rib! I will make a turkey for Christmas.
