I see this as a great depate.
Do you let your Fruit ripen on the tree or do you cut off the bunch when green and let the fruit ripen inside?
I understand in commerical farms cutting the bunch off while green and full is about the best option. But in home? Is there really any advantage to this?
My friend tells me that I should just pull the fruit off as it turns yellow and it will last a lot longer then cutting the bunch off. I personal like the ideal of pulling them off as they turn yellow.
