Hi friends!

This is a picture of my Helen's hybrid which I have been wishing to show me
at least its flowers, burt as of today there is no sign at all of its flowing.
Its height is 2.3m/7.5ft and the diameter of the fatest part of the pseudostem
is 60cm/2ft.
I do hope it will flower in the next spring and hopefully it bears fruits that
almost no friends of this forum have never seen.

How are your Helen's hybrids? Show us how they are now and their pix.
Than you.

Correction:

Very sorry to correct that the DIAMETER of the pseudostem should be
read as CIRCUMFERENCE of the pseudostem.

Hi asacomm! Good plant! It will be interesting to look at its flowering. This plant gives many fruits? I think more than Musa Sikkmensis. At bananas of this kind there are seeds?

Dobroie utora, Andrei,

This banana is very new and so only few people has seen its blossoms and
fruits. So I cannot tell you anything recognised more than the fact that I
grew it so far.
Therefore, I do look forward to its flowering and fruiting in the next spring.

looking good. :goteam:

I planted some seeds about 3 weeks ago, any idea how long it takes for them to sprout?

I noticed on the wiki they are fast sprouters. Can anyone quantify 'fast'?

Hello jmoore,

I don't know if it is fast or slow sprouter, but mine sprouted in about 3 weeks
under July climate.
