Yo eggbeater....."THAT ONE 08" :ha:

Ask and you shall receive.....just this once.;)

Even with the current state of the nation I am still growing some bananas.

Here is my wife's relative and her friend from the small fishing island called Bornholm in Denmark enjoying some sun and bananas in my tropical backyard this week.

The tall ones in the back to the left are Jamaican Red and on the right are Hawaiian Apple.

They have been eating a hand from that bunch they are holding with their morning cereal. Well I have too!

I have no clue what the temps are right now and I have no plans of searching the "internets" to find out, but it feels to me about 65-70 degrees right now. A nice relief from the heat we've had lately. A little gusty wind here and there too. I have some broken leaves and minor debris in the yard right now.

It's already dipped to 50 tonight here. It's gotten cold earlier than usual here, probably be back to 70's as low by tuesday.

I think McCain's latest latest economic recovery plan has something in the fine print about a banana in every back yard. I'm prepared to sustain myself on chestnuts, if necessary. Yours got mailed to you today, Mitchel.
