i just wanted to report that Peter McDougall died on the 18 of July from complication of kidney failure. He was a "grate" dog it was not an easy passing for him. Peter was almost human in the way he understood me and i him! I'm going to miss that Dog of mine for quite some time to come. Patrick and Cesar are doing OK Patric seems a bit down but we are giving him extra tummy rubs and biscuits to ease his sorrow. Quite a few of you are dog lovers and can relate to this sad time for me. They are my kids. I get quite attached to them. I feel pretty down about it thanks for letting me share this

My condolences, Pauly. Yes, I know how it feels when you lose one of them. I have lost a few by either illness or accident, and they were very heartbreaking. It was really nice of you to share some of his story with us.
Pauly, I really feel for you. I had miniature schnauzers as a kid and they are wonderful an intelligent dogs. It is the hardest thing to loose a pet, especially one so close to you.

So sorry to hear that Pauly. We had a foster dog that suffered liver failure and passed 12-3-06. It was really tough for us to deal with. To this day I still try to visit Nick's Dogster page every day and give him a bone. He passed 12-3-06. Time heals but not quickly, hang in there.

Sorry, Pauly, I just saw this. I didn't think I'd grow that attached to Becky, my Golden Retriever, but it was tough when she died from pancreatic cancer three years ago. This crazy Yellow Lab we got for my son after Becky died will eventually grow on me over time but she's crazy and I often wish she had some of Becky's gentle ways in her. I hope you continue to feel better. I'm sure you have many fond memories that will always be with you.
