Hi Tony,
It can be very difficult to positively identify an edible cultivar before it flowers and fruits, with some exceptions. You need to get shots of the leaf bases, petioles, pseudostem, overall shots, etc., in order to give somebody even a chance at getting it right. Do you have more pics of it, or can you take more pics please? Do you have a history on this plant, like where you got it, did the seller have a name for it, etc? Thanks,

Another pic of same plant. I know it is hard to id without the flower , but thought I would give it a try. This could be one of several varieties. Ice cream ,Mona lisa , belle , Nam Wah .

I vote ice cream, the top pic shows the leaf with a reddish colored midrib like mine have. It is just a guess however. Btw, nanna looks great too!
