I have a Dwarf Cavendish that has recently sent up a new leaf, and it's in an odd position, with it being layered over a previous leaf, and there's red streaks on the pseudostem, so I want to know if it's healthy or not.

Here's some extra pictures. Apparently the drooping leaves are because they don't want to lose water to evaporation.
