Hello,
I am in Sarasota, Florida. Just discovered your site. I am just beginning to grow bananas. I got 10 plants from someone on Craigslist. Two varieties, but I don't know which varieties. I have a good amount of space and want to collect a variety of mainly edible bananas. If you have pups and are in the area, do let me know. What are your favorite edible bananas?

Interestingly one of the plants had a blossom when I transplanted it. I didn't expect it to make it. I have a bunch of bananas already - a week later. Don't know if they will make it either. Let's see!
